Freja is a trading name of BRETT INTELLIGENCE LIMITED, registered in England and Wales under company number 17381109, with its registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ (Freja, we, us or our).
These terms cover the Freja website, free business-card creator and early-access waitlist. Any agreement to use a paid Freja product will be provided separately. Creating a card or joining the waitlist does not create a paid subscription or authorise a payment.
Free business cards
Use contact details and branding you are authorised to provide. You give us permission to process them to generate the card and downloads you request; ownership of your branding remains with you or its owner. Check imported logos, colours and contact details before saving or sharing.
Your QR code contains your contact details. Anyone receiving or scanning it can read and save them. Freja does not retain a copy of your card, and copies already downloaded, shared or saved to contacts or a Wallet cannot be recalled. Save your downloads before leaving the creator. Wallet availability and presentation depend on Apple or Google.
Marketing email permission is optional and separate from card creation. If you opt in, we retain the business contact information described in our Privacy Policy for Freja early-access, product news and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time. Making a card does not join the early-access waitlist.
1. Joining the waitlist
Use an email address you control and provide accurate information about your business. We ask you to confirm your address using the link in our email before your place is confirmed. Confirmation links expire, and you can request another link.
The waitlist is intended for people interested in using Freja for their business. Joining expresses interest; it does not guarantee a particular product feature, price or contractual service level. We will communicate access arrangements by email.
2. Emails and privacy
By submitting the form, you ask us to send emails about the waitlist and early access. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in an email. We explain our data use and your rights in our Privacy Policy. Optional analytics choices are separate from the request for emails; see our Cookie Policy.
3. Referral codes and invitations
After confirming your email, you can copy your personal referral code or invite link. A code may resemble the name in your email address and is visible to anyone you share it with. It is not a password and does not give access to your email address or questionnaire answers.
If someone uses your code and confirms their email, we record the referral. We do not give you their email address or answers. Please share responsibly with people who would welcome the invitation. Do not send unsolicited bulk messages, impersonate another business or create duplicate or false signups. We may disregard referrals created through misuse.
4. Using the website
Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, misuse confirmation links or submit another person’s information without permission. We may restrict abusive activity to protect the service and its users.
The website’s content and branding belong to us or our licensors. You may view the website and share links to it. This does not transfer ownership of its content or allow you to present it as your own.
5. Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the website available but may change or temporarily suspend it for maintenance, security or development. Website information is general product information and is not legal, financial or other professional advice.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or affects rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms as the website and waitlist develop. The version and date will be shown here. Any paid product terms will be supplied separately before you agree to them.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This does not take away any mandatory rights or court protections that apply to you.
