For information collected through this website, its free business-card creator, opted-in Freja marketing contacts and its waitlist, BRETT INTELLIGENCE LIMITED is the controller: we decide why and how it is used. You do not appoint us as your business’s data processor simply by creating your own card or joining the waitlist.

2. Future product use
If you later use a Freja product that processes personal data on your business’s behalf, the applicable product agreement and data processing agreement will be supplied before that processing begins. The waitlist does not accept customer documents, client records or regulated case files.
